1. General Information

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of saintaldrin.com and form a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Saint Aldrin ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, as well as our Delivery Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales and comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and all other applicable United Kingdom consumer protection legislation.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order on our website, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Be authorised to use the selected payment method

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Products and Availability

All product descriptions, images, and information are provided for illustrative purposes.

Product availability is not guaranteed until the order has been confirmed and processed.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you promptly and offer:

  • A full refund, or
  • An alternative product, if available

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable UK rate of 20%, in accordance with HM Revenue & Customs regulations.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price charged will always be the one displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.

We accept all major online payment methods. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers that comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

5. Order Processing

After payment confirmation:

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 working days
  • Once despatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

Working days do not include weekends or UK public holidays.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 5–9 working days after despatch.

In certain circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to customs processing, severe weather conditions, carrier delays, peak seasons, logistical disruptions, or force majeure events — delivery may take up to 60 working days.

If an order has not been delivered within 60 working days from the despatch date, the customer is entitled to request:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement shipment, subject to availability

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are not delivered within the agreed timeframe, you have the right to request a full refund. Saint Aldrin is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days of receiving their goods, without providing a reason.

Customers may additionally request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements outlined in our Returns Policy.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned item, in accordance with applicable UK legislation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Saint Aldrin shall not be liable for:

  • Improper use of products
  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
  • Carrier-related or customs-related delays

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on saintaldrin.com — including text, images, logos, graphics, designs, and digital materials — is the exclusive property of Saint Aldrin.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights under UK law.

10. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Customers based in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also have rights under the laws of their respective jurisdictions.

For alternative dispute resolution, customers may refer to an approved ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) body or use the UK Government's online dispute resolution platform where applicable.
