Order Processing

All orders placed on saintaldrin.com are processed within 1–5 working days.

This processing time is required to:

  • Confirm payment
  • Prepare and inspect products
  • Conduct quality control checks
  • Securely package the order

Working days do not include weekends or UK public holidays.

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Delivery Times

After despatch, delivery typically takes 5–9 working days, depending on the destination and carrier availability.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Saint Aldrin delivers across the United Kingdom, including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands. Delivery to more remote areas may take slightly longer.


Extended Delivery Time

In certain circumstances beyond our control, delivery may take up to 60 working days from the despatch date.

These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • High seasonal demand
  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • Logistical disruptions
  • Strikes or force majeure events

If your order has not been delivered within 60 working days from the despatch date, you are entitled to request:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement shipment, subject to availability

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your goods are not delivered within the agreed timeframe, you have the right to request a full refund without undue delay.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and instructions on how to monitor your shipment.

Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after receiving your despatch confirmation.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Saint Aldrin is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at hello@saintaldrin.com.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional redelivery fees.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For deliveries within the United Kingdom, all prices displayed on saintaldrin.com include VAT at the applicable rate of 20%, in accordance with HM Revenue & Customs regulations. No additional import duties apply to domestic UK orders.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or delivery cost.

Please note that since Brexit, orders despatched to European Union countries may be subject to additional customs checks and import duties upon arrival. Saint Aldrin is not responsible for any such charges or resulting delays.
