1. Statutory Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason. This is in addition to our extended 30-day returns window detailed below.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.


2. Returns Window

Saint Aldrin accepts returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at hello@saintaldrin.com before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.


3. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, stains, odours, or alterations
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include all original tags, labels, inserts, and protective seals intact

Saint Aldrin reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


4. Return Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Saint Aldrin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered return parcels.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


5. Inspection Process

All returned items are inspected upon arrival at our fulfilment centre.

Inspection is completed within 3–7 working days after the parcel is received. If the item meets the return conditions, the refund process will be initiated promptly.


6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days after approval, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Refunds include:

  • The purchase price of the returned item(s)

Refunds do not include:

  • Original delivery fees
  • Expedited delivery fees
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees (if applicable)

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn underwear or swimwear without original hygiene protection seal intact
  • Personalised or bespoke products
  • Final sale items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions

8. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what was ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@saintaldrin.com.

Your email must include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photographs or video evidence of the issue

If the claim is approved, Saint Aldrin will:

  • Provide a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods within 30 days of purchase. Saint Aldrin reserves the right to request the return of the faulty or incorrect item before issuing a refund or replacement.


9. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer at checkout:

  • The customer will be responsible for any additional delivery fees required for reshipment
  • Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Delivery costs are non-refundable in these circumstances.


10. Exchanges

Saint Aldrin does not process direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
